Chief Operating Officer

Free Range Studios seeks a an experienced executive to help manage growth, human resources and the organization's finances. The COO will work closely with the President and Vice-President to ensure that Free Range responds effectively to ever-expanding opportunities in the non-profit and socially responsible business sectors and to attract and retain top creative and management talent.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in corporate managemet
  • A strong background in mission-focused ventures
  • Familiarity with and interest in the Socially Responsible Business market
  • A master's degree in Business Administration

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • -Creating and managing Free Range's operational budget
  • -Setting organizational culture including human resource policy and employee development
  • -New employee recruitment
  • -Managing IT policy
  • -Creating models for use of financial resources that will enable organizational growth
