Students For A Free Tibet
Save Tenzin Delek
When human rights activist Tenzin Delek was sentenced to die by the Chinese government, SFT and Free Range sprang in to action. Believing that China could not commit such a miscarriage of justice if the world was aware of Tenzin, we set out to make sure his face was seen everywhere. Creating street stencils, apparel and posters, Free Range empowered activists around the globe to plaster Tenzin's face everywhere. We also made a flash movie collaboration with the Beastie Boys. Shortly after the campaign's launch, China, without warning, commuted Tenzin's sentence, a great victory for the cause of human rights.
